Dr. G & the NP are wonderful. My only complaint is that when they swtched to different insurance, I was no longer covered... and they did NOT inform the patients ahead of time.

I have recommended him many times.
I have been seeing Dr. G for many years now. He's always been nothing but compassionate, professional, and open to listening to me as I describe what the issue may be. I am shocked to hear comments to the contrary, as I have had nothing but consistent quality and professional health care whether I was a walk-in patient or there by appointment. I especially appreciate how he would be outside administering covid tests in the bitter cold. I believe whole-heartedly that Dr. G. genuinely cares about his patients.

Do not recommend!!
I would never recommend Dr. G to anyone. Dr. G is incompetent, rude and unprofessional. He brushed off my health concerns and made the focus of the appointment about himself. During my visit, he made extremely inappropriate comments that had me in tears. From my experience, Dr. G does not have the best interest of his patients and has terrible bedside manner. He also does not seem up to date with current research. As a health professional myself, I will never again refer one of my patients (or anyone for that matter) to him after the way I was treated in his office. Absolutely terrible.

I would happily recommend Dr Guariglia and his NP to others as he is very caring and thorough, however he will continue to lose patients if he does not either hire or better train his front desk staff. At my daughter’s visit today, the receptionist was exceptionally rude to me and was also yelling at someone on the phone and then proceeded to discuss “these damn patients; they need to only come during the week; don’t they realize there’s only 3 of us.” Very unprofessional with a patient in the waiting room. On the answering machine it states in Dr G’s voice that “walk ins are always welcome” however if you try to walk in they will tell you they have nothing available and if you/ your child is sick to go to ER. I said “she is not dying she just needs a flu/ CoVid test” So either be an urgent care walk in or don’t. Anyway, if I were Dr G, I would have a talk with Brianna about her conduct as a “receptionist”

This Doctor and his practice are just a factory to get as many appts as they can to bill your insurance. He does not listen to what you need and tries to convince you otherwise. It's dismissive. His staff is rude. The doctor would not refill a simple headache medicine that I've been taking for years without requiring another appt, even though I had recently been there. The receptionist said she had no record of my call, when I did call. They told me they'd get back to me and didn't. They are disgraceful...leaving patients without medication they need.

I just recently wrote a review on Dr. G. I haven’t seen it posted, but it is a tell all post about his professional ism, his compassion and the knowledge he brings to each patient. I am comfortable with his staff as well. In regard to the wait time, I personally fill he is with a patient or patients and gives you the same important time. I guess you can be seen elsewhere in less time, but I choose not to go to a revolving door Dr. Thank you Dr. G and staff for all you do for not only West Milford, for people that come from other towns. That I know personally.

Dr G is kind and compassionate, his wait times may be long because he takes his time with each patient. My whole family goes to him, myself, my grandfather, husband, and two kids since they were born. Highly recommend this practice

Wow, I have been seeing Dr G. For many years beginning in Wayne then to Hewitt. I Can NOT believe that there is even one bad review here. Wait times are bearable, Staff is always smiling and as far as “G”, he has NEVER Ever Rushed me out once. there isn’t another Doctor I would put myself and Family’s health in the hands of. I have went to “G” at all times of the day and night, often with horrible emergency type injuries and have always been treated with caring. Look at his schedule Jeez! NicRi

I was just there recently. The first time unscheduled, the wait time was 15/20 minutes. I decided after that visit to have a physical done there and scheduled an appointment. I saw Megan the NP both times. They seem throrough, efficient and friendly and they are close with hours that work in a busy life.

I see some of these reviews are older. I know they just hired a new NP, Meaghan. But, this office is great. They have great hours for us that work. You can either walk in or make appointments which is great. Wait times for a walk in was less then 20 mins. I and my daughter have seen both Dr G and the NP Meaghan, both were outstanding. Meaghan is brilliant at diagnosing and really takes the time to listen and explain everything. I would def recommend this office.

I needed a doctor on a Saturday. My regular doctor wasn't in so my choice was the ER (where you can wait for 6 hours for something simple) or a medi center. I am so glad I found this place and I thought the staff was very caring and efficient and Dr G was wonderful. He has Saturday and Sunday hours. Definitely recommended.

I like the practice but the wait times are ridiculous. The office needs to figure out how to be on time. I won't be going back. It's actually faster to go to the pediatrician who is in another town.

Too long waiting even when have appointment, he wants you to come back over & over, always wants more blood work, seems he wants to find something wrong so he can get you to come back, give more and more drugs. Many miss nurse practitioner he had at start, she cared. Un needed visits are all for getting more money from person and insurance, very unfair.
