Dr. George Holman, MD

So since the first call just to try and get scheduled the scheduling lady has been ridiculous and terrible. The 2 weeks later finally able to attempt to get scheduled but they are booked they are 9 months out and they don't have a cancelation list. The day tell me I need to call every day to see if there is a cancelation. They lady really does not see to know what she is doing and is a little rude. I will not be going to see this Dr due to the staff.

I liked Dr. Holman and thought he was considerate and kind. I did feel that he had not really reviewed my records beforehand, and was unaware of some of my conditions. He didn’t seem as concerned about some of them as my previous doctor was.

Dr. Holman made the whole experience very quick and easy!

No snags at all. First class care all around!

Staff was very friendly courteous, knowledgeable.

Everyone from the front-desk, to the prep nurses, to the anesthetist, to the doctor, were very polite, helpful and professional and made sure I was confortable and had all my questions and concerns addressed. Dr. Holman answered all my questions before the procedure and explained to my satisfaction the results of my procedure. SWGI is Awesome!!!

Second time Dr Holman has done this procedure and both times were great. Dr Holman is very transparent and explains everything. Staff were great and very accommodating. All I can say is FIVE STAR treatment.

Colonoscopies are never fun but Dr. Holman and his staff made this as pleasant an experience as it could be. I would highly recommend Dr. Holman to everyone. He has a wonderful bed side manner which I appreciate and he is very thorough.

He really knew what he was doing for the procedure but the wait time after I got in the room and undressed and on the bed was a little long. My appointment was for 11:30 and it was after 12:00 before i was taken back.

Excellent intake. Staff were extremely caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Holman was excellent, as usual, in explaining the results of the procedure.

Dr. Holman is so kind and takes the time to explain everything. When I asked about a totally unrelated issue, he took the time to tell me what the best procedures would be for that also. He has the best bedside manner when explaining and answering patient questions. After the procedure he explains thoroughly all the results with pictures of what was found during the procedure, as well as advising you of the follow-up! His Staff and assistants were efficient, very knowledgeable and so kind. From the reminder to schedule the procedure, all thru and to the finish they have been incredible. I would so highly recommend Dr. Holman and Southwest Gastroenterology to every person I knew that needed that type of medical attention!!!

1st Colonoscopy. Dr Holman very informative and friendly.

If you need a colonoscopy, rely on Dr. Holman. Not only is Dr. Holman confident and competent, but he is also an excellent communicator who demonstrates knowledge of and enjoyment of his profession. His excellent bedside manner includes making genuine eye contact, listening well, communicating in plain English when explaining and answering patient questions (before AND after the procedure). He was in sync with his upbeat and expeditious nursing team. Dr. Holman provided a thorough post-procedure consult with a discussion of results and next steps. A+ medical provider.

As always, Dr. Holman was on time, attentive, and thorough.
