Dr. Kurian is very efficient and thorough. He identified my problem and provided a treatment right away. I have seen Dr. Kurian a few times and have never had any problems. I recommend Dr. Kurian to everyone.

Sadly after trying to make a appointment I decided not to. The so called office manager Sue was so incredibly rude and very loud. When I asked to make a appointment she told me well we don’t have anything soon. She kept cutting me off while I was trying to explain my issues. Has the nastiest tone and seemed to be in a rush.

Dr. Kurian is a good, kind doctor. I've been more than happy with his care and bedside manner. His office assistant, however, is by far the rudest person I have ever had to deal with in medical practice. She is never friendly, cuts you off mid-speech, and generally seems miserable. She seems to take her job as a gatekeeper (to Dr. Kurian) perhaps a bit too seriously, as if she had a medical degree and knew best when I should be calling my doctor back after a treatment wasn't working well. It's unprofessional and downright dangerous. I would recommend Dr. Kurian as a GI doc, but I would also recommend that you have a metaphorical "strong stomach" for dealing with his office assistant.

Satisfied But Concerned – Jun 28, 2021

The staff was some of the rudest and most unfriendly I have ever met. The office building is not well kept up and made me feel uncomfortable and a little nervous to be getting medial treatment there. My last appointment I waited over an hour past my appointment time for the doctor to talk to me less than 30 seconds. Office called and needed to reschedule one of my appointments 3 separate times and made it difficult to make a new appointment. Would not recommend.
