This doctors office is officially my go to ENT. The check in was super easy, the staff was very nice, and the doctor went out of his way to make sure my issues were dealt with. This place seems perfect for kids too because everyone is so nice and helpful!

Dr. Livermore cares about his patients and provided me with the best patient care. I really appreciate the way he explained the test results and treatment plan along the way.

I took my 5 kids to see Dr. Livermore and he took care of them all individually for all their needs. He has preformed surgery on 3 of them and that changes it has done for their life is wonderful. He is always so busy because he is so great at what he does, very thankful I chose this Doc! Highly recommended.

I see Dr Livermore regularly for injections ! I have had a rhinoplasty and a thyroglossal duct cyst removed by him also! I have had a wonderful experience and outcome. I always hated my nose and he fixed it and I love it!!!! He definitely cares about you and loves what he does! I would recommend him to anyone! Actually, I have he also did surgery on my parents and brother in law. He is such a caring doctor!

One of the wort doctors I've ever had the misfortune to use. His surgical technique was like that of a fifteen-year-old boy working on a go cart engine. Seven weeks after surgery it was like I had never had anything done.

The doctor is fine but the billing is a nightmare. I was given a cpap machine and a month later it was on recall. A year later I received the new cpap machine, but they still tried to bill me the entire time...when I finally got them to stop billing me, they still persist on a $120.00 charge. I intend to file a complaint.so others will not have to go thru this nightmare.

So far I’ve had a terrible experience here. My surgeon was Dr Livermore. I'm in excruciating pain, their excuse to not giving me pain medication was because I had previous pain medication from an accident that IM ALMOST OUT OF!!!!! He even told me to stop taking it so he could prescribe me the correct pain medics. I have been forcing myself NOT to cough when there's literally a medication they could've prescribed me to help suppress my cough & help with pain. My neck, jaw, & shoulders are extremely sore. My mom called them on my behalf & they told me to "just go to the ER".. .... The ER where I'd have to wait for hours on end? Yeah I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Extremely disappointing services.

Waste of time and money. Set up an appointment because of chronic sinus, sleep apnea and sleep issues. Put me on some allergy meds that seem to be helping my sinuses so I’ll give him credit where it’s due but that’s it. He gave me an “at home” sleep test to use for 2 nights and probably got 2hrs of sleep the first night. I maybe slept 5hrs the second night. I returned the device and came in for a consultation appointment to discuss the results. He told me I didnt have sleep apnea and related my issues to allergies. I had already been diagnosed with apnea and used a CPAP years before but couldn’t sleep with it. I read the results and the test was very inaccurate and said I slept 7hrs the first night. When I told him the results weren’t accurate, he got super defensive and told me “I don’t know! This isn’t my speciality, I’m a surgeon!” And stormed away! Restarting with a doctor that knows what he’s doing was my best decision. Turns out I have severe obstructive apnea.

Dr. Livermore misdiagnosed my hearing loss and said it was allergies. He never once tested me for allergies. He put tubes in my ears and when the problem wasn't solved he pointed his finger at me and screamed "I know it's allergies!" Thank God I got a 2nd opinion. An MRI showed my hearing loss is due to a CSF leak from my brain into my middle ear canal. CSF leak is where you're leaking the spinal fluid surrounding your brain. So, I had 2 unnecessary surgeries, tubes put in and tubes taken out. It cost me a lot money & time wasted on getting the proper diagnosis.
