Dr. George Llewellyn, MD

Their policy has changed. Now Dr. Lewellyn wants a credit card number to keep in their files. But I was ambushed with this new change without telling me in advance of making the appointment. So because I said I wasn’t comfortable with signing and giving them permission to hit my card, he refused to see me for my scheduled appointment. I took time off and traveled a distance to arrive on time and because I didn’t give them my credit card, even though my insurance pays all my visits, he refused to see me for that visit. I explained I understood and would not book again because of this policy change but hoped he would honor the appointment since I was a long time patient of over 15 years and I wasn’t notified of the policy change. I did not receive a letter nor an email prior and nothing was said at the booking. But, he refused to see me unless I gave them a card number & permission to use it at their discretion. This is coercion tactics and inexcusable! I don’t recommend this doctor.

Easiest office to get into on short notice! The staff was great and the Dr and PA are very informative. Overall very happy with my appointments.
