Dr. George Murrell, MD

Dr. Murell has order ultrasounds for a thyroid nodule. I have the ultrasound and the hospital tells me he will have the results the next day and he will contact me. Never happens. After waiting several days, I call the office only to be told I will be called back. It has now been over three months and I've yet to hear from them. I'm scheduled with another doctor now.

Dr. Murrell is the best! He is always very prompt, efficient and expects the same thing from his patients. He is an amazing doctor and I felt very comfortable with him performing surgery on me. I had a lot going on and multiple things needed to be done during the procedure. He prepared me so I knew what to expect during recovery. I have no more problems with my sinuses at all… No sinus pressure or pain, I can actually fly on an airplane with a breeze and no pain whatsoever. I honestly cannot be happier with the outcome. I am so glad that I found Dr. Murrell and had the surgery! I have completed all of my follow up appointments and I am 100% satisfied! I will miss him as my doctor, and I wish all my doctors were just like him!

He is an outstanding surgeon and a kind, compassionate person. He genuinely cared how my sinus issues affected my singing career, and he did everything to help. At the very first visit, he pinpointed my sinus issues. I had septoplasty, turbinate reduction, FESS: bilateral total ethmoidectomy, and a right concha bullosa resection. Before the surgery, he and his nurse went over all instructions with me. On the day of the surgery, he made sure to greet me and answer any questions I had before I was put under anesthesia. I've had two visits to his office post surgery so that he could check my results, and all is well. To say I am grateful to be breathing much better is an understatement.

Dr. Murrell was kind, approachable, down to earth and knowledge. He listened to me and understood my concerns and clearly explained my options. The nurses and office staff were very kind and friendly. It’s refreshing to have such a good experience all around at a doctor’s office.

Dr. Murrell was professional, thorough, personable, and approachable. He took the time to thoroughly explain his recommendations to me, and answered all of my questions in turn. The office staff was wonderful, calling me in for a cancellation as I'd requested when I scheduled my appointment (saving me from taking time off of work). This did result in a longer than usual wait time, but I was not bothered by any means.
