So disappointed. Never have I had such a negative interaction with a doctor. If you want an empathetic and thorough doctor who cares about you, look elsewhere. The office manager is also rude and inept. Other girls in the front office are pleasant.

Seen this Dr. twice, first time was lukewarm, but I wanted to give benefit of the doubt. Second experience was horrible. Very cold person and he believes "it's your fault" you feel bad or aren't getting better. Doesn't have any sort of compassionate bed side manner. Should take medical humanities training so he won't make you feel like crap and make you cry. Incapable of understanding what someone is going through. Don't go here if you need serious help. Don't waste your time or money. Cruel man

I highly recommend Dr. Richmond. I have been seeing him for about 10 years. I never have to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes past my scheduled appointment. In many cases if I arrive before my scheduled time they usually get me in early. He is very to the point and direct. He has a good bedside manner and will shoot you straight up about life style changes you may have to make as well as compliment you when you have done a good job taking care of yourself.

I was rejected as a new patient due to insurance, even though web site indicates otherwise ... Medicare only. Telephone appointment scheduler apologized, but said Dr. Richmond hasn't accepted Medicare for several years! Misleading information seems very inappropriate for a health care professional. Just another bump in the road for some, but a very discouraging and unpleasant experience for someone interested in establishing a family doctor relationship!

I have gone to Dr. Richmand for over 15 years. I have absolutely no complaints with him or his nurses and receptionists. However his staff in the billing and insurance department SUCK. They are always rude, do not return calls as promised, appear to care less about the patient,
