physical damage following "simple" procedure
Dr. Saffouri conducted an EGD on me. With him in the procedure room was a male juvenile for some reason not made clear to me. I was told to lay on my left side with my butt close to the edge of the table. I was then sedated and what ever was done to me. That night and three days following I experienced bleeding from my rectum accompanied by mucus (or some thick liquid). The bleeding was so severe I went to the urgent care and was told I had a torn hemorrhoid that could be the cause of the bleeding. Dr. Saffouri's only reply when I reported this to his office (he could not be bothered with talking to me) was that there was nothing in the procedure that would account for such a reaction. I am now afraid of having ANY procedure I may have to be put out for. Great doctor right.....NO

Excellent and well trained doctor
Dr. Saffouri is the best doctor in the Inland Empire! He has great credentials and trained at the Mayo Clinic. He was very kind and helpful during my visit. He recommended a colonoscopy and the procedure went very well. I was comfortable, and more importantly my colonoscopy detected some pre-cancers. He explained everything really well, and the staff was great. I highly recommend Dr. Saffouri!

I waited six weeks to get an appointment with Dr. George Saffouri, The evening before the appointment his office called to say that he needed to cancel. The next day when I called to reschedule the appointment I was given a date well into the following month, and was told that my probable procedure date, a colonoscopy would probably be toward the end of the following month. I was given the opportunity to see his physicians assistant instead who only comes in on Mondays, but was told that he was booked up for six weeks as well. It’s a good thing that I am not dying just yet. This doctor is way too busy to be of service to Anyone who is really in need of his service and expertise.
