ENT professionals recommended I visit Dr. Scott after they ruled out my sensory eversion was "all in my head". From the moment I got connected with Dr. Scott he took me and my concerns seriously and got me a contrast MRI in the same hospital, he waited for me to stop feeling nauseous from the contrast to let me know I was not making everything up. Dr. Scott made SURE I was in a safe place both physically and emotionally to deliver life changing news. He was and I'm sure continues to be a wonderful doctor

Dr Scott was amazing! One of the best experiences. (And we do see a lot of doctors with our son. ) Dr.Scott has a big , kind heart. I took my son to see Dr. Scott and he was very attentive and caring to my son. He was knowledgeable and figured out the problem, that nobody had before. Dr Scott give us hope.

Would give a zero if possible
Had to beg to get my husband disgnosed by spinal tap. He said he didn’t want to do it when his own nurse practitioner suggested that it was a very dire case. I heard him tell her that it would interfere with his yoga time. Worst doctor ever.

Don’t be 10 min late or they make you reschedule. It doesn’t matter the the reason. I drive from Louisville to LaGrange to Eastpoint and got stuck on 71 in traffic, when we got to the office at 12 min after appointment time with a 40 min wait time written on the white board and no one in the office, we were told we have a 10 min policy then you have to reschedule. Even after we explained what happened continued to tell us we had to reschedule. Then we find out that all of Dr Scotts appointments are double booked. Very disappointed a dr office has no concern for anyone’s schedule except they own.

Poor, I felt like he was quick to judge, asked very few questions and made a quick decision before he ran any tests. I was very surprised at how unprofessionally he was dressed.

My first appt went well. Prompt, thorough. His office canceled my second appt and it took me over two months to reschedule. The rescheduled appt was ALSO canceled and this time I did not even receive a phone call, only the automated confirmation message. I was hoping third time was a charm but when they managed to actually book my appt I waited for over an hour and he still wasn't ready to see me. A complete disregard for my time. My test results have been back for well over a month and not even a phone call. This office/doctor does not care about patients.

My dad went to see Dr Carter several months ago because he was having tremors in his hands. Without doing any imaging Dr Carter diagnosed him with " benign hand tremors". A few months later my dad was diagnosed with a glioblastoma, but by s different neurologist. It is the most aggressive cancerous brain tumor. Every doctor we see is astounded that no imaging was done by Dr Carter when my dad was referred to him for hand tremors.
