My appointment with Dr. Small was a disaster from the very beginning. The nurses who initially saw me before the doctor didn't even greet me; they just immediately rolled their eyes and gave each other a look when they found out they had to do the testing for my condition. They then proceeded to do the tests completely wrong and argued with each other about it in the middle of my testing. Dr. Small and the rest of the staff did not seem knowledgeable about the condition and they refused to put me through to actual testing for the condition even though I nearly met the criteria even with their inaccurate testing. He didn't listen. Really disappointing; do not waste your time and money.

Dr. Small provided me with one of the most interesting & exciting doctor's office visits I've ever had. He was engaged and most friendly and immediately gained my confidence through his stated interest to answer any possible questions I had for him. He shared his views on a variety of topics and assured me that my ailments belonged to a normal spectrum of a senior. I am most impressed with his knowledge and engaging manner.

Dr. Small is caring man that listens. He took all the time I needed and has even called me on his own time to see how I am doing. The wait time was minimal, I was able to get an appointment straight away. He explained to me the particulars of my disease and how my other issues could affect my current issue. Dr. Small's staff is great, particularly his nurse, she will always takes my phone calls and will get with Dr. Small and back to me ASAP,

Dr Small is very condescending. As said in other reviews he interrupts and makes assumptions and does not let me speak and does not listen. Worst part of my care. He did a nerve study test on me and when it was all done he had done the wrong testing. All that time and pain for nothing. And he would not repeat it and doWhat he should have done. I would guess to cover his original mistake. Awful experience. Basically called me fat and that it was my own fault that I can not walk even though it is progressive and stared when I was thin.

Quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had with a physician, much less a specialist that I waited 4 months to see! He was short, cut me off several times, waggled his finger to stop me so he could tell me something of his own experience and after bringing my records from 2 plus years of issues- he scanned through them with little to no knowledge of what I had been through and in my opinion, ZERO solution aside from suggesting I wait to see a NEW DR. Colossal waste of time and money.

I would not under any circumstances recommend this dr. Waited in the room for 45 minutes to have him spend less then 5 with me. He was rude, condescending, and made it very obvious he did not care at all. He had no clue about any of my previous tests or medical history.
