Dr Hay and staff are very patient oriented friendly professional.Any time I have a question on my portal I receive an answer in a very timely manner.I trust Dr Hay completely.

I enjoyed meeting Dr. Hay. Very informative and addressed all the questions I had. She is an Aplus in my opinion and I have no doubt about going back when needed.

Hubby had an ongoing cough- she had a CT done. Called us on a Friday night to say it was cancer. She had a pulmonologist set up for the following week, gave recommendations for lung surgery and within 5 weeks- start to surgery. Dr. Hay saved him! She listens and hears her patients!!!

Dr Hay is an outstanding doctor. She listens to everything you have to say and let's YOU decide on your health decisions. When I've had a couple of serious health issues, she got me in immediately. I feel very comfortable with her as a patient and have total confidence in her. Staff is very professional also!

I love Dr. Hay!She is very caring and takes as much time with you as needed. She is very knowledgeable but will refer you to a specialist if needed. Karalyn is great and always gets back to me with any questions and is very responsive when I send emails through the patient portal. The ladies in the front office rock and always have been helpful in working me in if an emergency arises.I live in Marble Falls and don't mind the drive to Lampasas...small price to pay for great medical care.

She is a very experienced Doctor. She is not a dictator. She let me make some personal decisions about what I really like. It is like a great Family, very personal. I guess many patients like her about it.She explained everything when I made a mistake.The whole Office is very friendly which I very love, thanks a lot.

We are very happy with Dr. Hay. She actually takes time to sit there and listen to you and try to figure out what's going on. Not just sit there on a computer and look at a watch. Not even look at you .like a former doctor did and we had had enough of that. is very on top of everything quickly by calling you back, not 3 days later. She is a wonderful doctor. So far so good

Happy, Helpful Staff. Busy Office, but Everything Runs Smoothly, even when they're Short Staffed. I Gladly Drive 65 miles to see Dr. Hay. She's Worth The Trip.

She is so helpful with information about medication and why she is using one instead of another one. Pleasant experience all around! Would recommend her to my family.

The nursing staff was great. But that's where it ended. Dr. Hay seemed dead set on milking my insurance. I needed an exam for a recuring orthopedic issue. Next thing i know, she's setting me up an appointment for labs, trying to have me tested for diabetes. Completely disregarding what i came there for. I got my referral to my ortho. But she didn't listen to me about my insurance on another referral. She spent 90% of the visit trying to convince me i might have diabetic neuropathy. Completely disregarding me telling her i have had two straight surgeries on nerves in my arm. But i guess diabetes pays more. She uses a completely outdated metric to basically tell you you're obese. I work out 4-5 times a week. But she completely disregarded that. I have never been do a doctor that has cared so little for what i had to say, or for the reason i was even there. Completely unprofessional.

Loved Dr Hay! She is exactly the kind of doctor i was looking for, but is so hard to find. She never makes me feel rushed, she listens and doesn’t immediately jump to prescriptions as the answer to every problem! Her staff are just like she is, they are a great team! Highly recommend!

I usually go to the VA, or at least try to. Had an issue with sever pain and decided to get a doctor that I could actually see on occasion. Dr Hay immediately decided that I was a drug seeker even though I went through the entire first visit protocols with the intention of becoming a patient. She was rude and contemptuous.

This doctor was unwilling to listen to any of my symptoms and what I was able to tell her she told me my pain was all in my head. I suffer from severe pain from fibromyalgia and severe osteoarthritis, IC. She blew off all complaints and belittled me. My family watched me suffer daily with this pain. They were outraged of how she treated me. It was a big deal be able to finally be able to go to the doctor since money is really tight. I was heartbroken for she she treated me. It was difficult to come up with the money to see a doctor and to be treated so badly was so cruel. I will never waste another cent on seeing this doctor again.

Dr. Hays takes the time to listen to her patients. She clearly explains what could be going on with their body along with what options they have & she has always promoted the benefits of living a healthy life style (exercise & healthy diet) as one of the best options instead of just prescribing medications. I feel she really cares about her patients well being & quality of life in general. In my opinion she has the morals & compassion every physician should have & I’m glad to have her as my Dr.
