Dr. Gerald Striph, MD

First visit and I was disgusted with this man's attitude. Second visit and I just wanted to get away from him. Wondered was it just me who felt this way. Spoke to two other people who completely agreed, one who no longer sees him, the other my doctor who was upset I'd been wrongly dx'd and been forced into unnecessary testing. He kept telling me to get my blood pressure down and my diabetes under control for my eyes. I have neither problem. If he had read my chart correctly, he would have known this. I'm not sure if he can't use the computer correctly (time to retire), can't read well due to his own eye issues (scary), mixes up his patients (really scary), or just doesn't care enough about his patients to read anything and just makes assumptions (terrifying). In any case, none of these are acceptable and I wouldn't advise anyone to go to this doctor.

Dr. Striph and his staff were very helpful seeing me on short notice. My problem was successfully resolved.
