On time and office staff helpful for changing insurance

Dr. was thorough and reassuring, provided good follow up advice.

I was in the restroom when they called my name so they skipped me. When I talked to the receptionist she said basically that I would be seen & the doctor is fast (gets patients in/out fast). This is not what a patient wants to hear. The doctor needs a current photo. He was nice, but didn't satisfy me with the answers to my questions. I brought cd's & he said he already looked at them. I don't know how he could have.

Professional and knowledgeable

Esther is an Amazing person. He is very efficient at her job. Very thoughtful and caring. Dr. Wahl is wonderful at explaining everything with your treatments I highly recommend them to take care of your health needs.

Not much of a wait, and Dr. Wahl is always kind and attentive.

I have appointments that started off every month, then went to every 3 months, now its every 6 months. It’s been since the end of 2017.

A family member saw him about 20 years ago and he left a good impression on us. I went in to check on some Parkinson's. The appointment was short, but not rushed. We covered the basics (clinical evaluation of me and basic education for me). An encouraging prognosis. All good.

This so called physician is a quack. Without any testing or evaluation he immediately tried to prescribe headache medication. Every visit was a bad experience He's arrogant and extremely unprofessional as well as his receptionist Esther. Spare yourself and your family from this man who should not be practicing medicine.

I legitimately believe he shouldn’t be practicing anymore! My family experienced “Dr Wahl” while at Salinas Valley Medical Hospital. My mom had a valve replacement and when she woke up from surgery couldn’t even form words, days later when she could, she didn’t know where she was-who we were or when she was. We were all worried she had a stroke. Dr Wahl was called in for a consult. He entered the room without even speaking to us and only spoke to my mom. He asked her about 3 or 4 questions and turned to leave. It wasn’t until I asked him who he was that he even introduced himself. He ordered some test and a day and half later we hadn’t heard anything until the nurse tells us “ oh yeah the results of the test blah blah blah”. Both me and my dad were shocked. What results? The nurse looked puzzled and asked us if Dr Wahl had gone over the results with us. We both exclaimed no! So she looked into it and called Dr Wahl. He proceeded to tell her on the phone that he “talked to us at length”

The office staff is rushed, provides unclear, missing, and incorrect information. Dr. Wahl is also rushed and, based on the office notes I've reviewed, takes down partial and also incorrect vital information. He was 10 minutes late to my appointment, spent 9 minutes with me, interrupted and ignored several of my complaints, and wrote them down incorrectly. I do not trust my health to this "Fast Food" and sloppy approach.

dr wahl is direct, focused and very good as a doctor. I recommend him.
