He’s an okay doctor. Saw him three times so far. My first appointment with him was brief which is one way to describe his attention. He walked in asked a couple questions, ordered a procedure and left. I wish we had spent more time talking and hearing my problem. I left feeling like maybe he didn’t have an understanding. At the procedure he was quick to work but seemed insensitive to my state of mind. But nevertheless the procedure went well. Next appointment i saw his nurse and then spent a few minutes with him again. The doctor - patient relationship is key and he rushes it. But he seems knowledgable and wants to determine whats wrong.

After multitudes of tests, Siciliano was unable to diagnose my severe stomach issues. After much research, I DIAGNOSED MYSELF and asked him for the SIBO test. I tested positive and he treated me, but never once did he suggest it or explore any other options. Had I not been my own advocate, I'm not sure what might have happened. I had lost 30% of my body weight and was suffering from malnutrition. SIBO is not horribly uncommon and with my symptoms plus his 'specialty' in gastro, why did I have to diagnose myself and request the specific test?! He has an uncaring and blase attitude as well. I fired him and found a better doctor. You can do much better in Louisville than with this guy and the entire practice. Avoid!!!

My elderly mother was a patient of Dr Siciliano. His care and kindness to her was excellent. His manner is very professional. Some may mistake this for coldness. As physician who knows his specialty, we highly recommend him.

Worst “doctor “ ever! Belittling, condescending, and dismissive. Doesn’t respect other previous medical care and treatment and I will not be returning to this office. Front office is extremely pleasant, but back office seems to be just like the Mr. Sicilano.

He is very short with you and does not have a pleasant bedside manner. When I complained to my internal medicine doctor for sending me to him she said "that entire practice is like that but he is the nicest of the lot although that is not saying much." He acts insulted if you ask him about his experience in certain procedures. This man does not want any patients who want to take an interest in their own medical care.

I have attempted on two occasions to make an appointment for a colonoscopy. No one ever returns my calls. I'm due for my 5 year colonoscopy because of family history. I'm not sure what it takes to have someone to return a call.

Dr siciliano cares very little about patients. He pretty much just blew off my stomach issue- wouldn't test for parasites and turns out I had them all along. Wouldn't recommend him at all.
