We had the worst experience in this office. Unfortunately, I can´t speak about Dr. Lane's bedside manner because we had to leave before even seeing him after encountering a horrible attitude and treatment from Karen (who I was informed is his assistant). She does not allow patients to speak, nor does she take the time to listen. She completely disregarded the information I had brought in about my father's health. She screamed and continued to note that the doctor does not see anyone for second opinions, but never really explained if he would be willing to at least see his record as far as all the tests he had already done. I had called a few days before our appointment to confirm I could take his medical records so that Dr. Lanes could revise them, and the person at the office said the doctor would see this paperwork at the time of the visit without a problem. Dr Lanes is an excellent specialist, however the staff , starting from the manager (Lourdes) are very rude and careless about patients. My BAD experience started when a colonoscopy was scheduled, sending me to the wrong place and had to rush to the right place to be on time, now that I need to see Dr Lanes again and since my work schedule is very strict and was able on Fridays only, they rather let the patient go instead of give some additional options.

I had an appointment with him on December and until today I am still waiting to have all the procedures done, not a good communication with staff not by phone nor by email.

I would leave a zero if I could. With insurance they have now charged $300 on my debit account without even asking. The insurance approved their chargeS on 4/8/20 and today 4/13/20 I see a debit of $300 which is an insane amount of money for the 5 min consultation with no results I still have the same symptoms . We are in a middle of a pandemic and all they care about is $$$$. Absolutely poor service, lack of professionalism and a horrible billing department. ***** WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE WHAT A DISGRACE ****

I went to Dr. Lanes for a colonoscopy. He did an outstanding job of making me feel at ease. I was very impressed.

Here is my take about my experience with Dr. Lanes and his staff. From medical perspective I can't complain with Dr. Lanes, he made me some suggestions that helps relief my condition at least temporarily. From the entire experience with his clinic and staff, I have to said that this is the classic example of fifteen minutes medicine. I arrive to Dr. Lanes on time, there was few people at his office. Dr. Lanes is personable but his office is horribly run. I have been waiting for THREE WEEKS for a call from his office to my insurance company. I am now sicker than I was four months ago because I can't get the medication he prescribed me. Today, when I called his office, I was directed to an answering service that directed me to a 1-800 number. The registry didn't have Dr. Lanes so I couldn't even leave a message. Poor poor poor medical care.

I saw Dr. Lanes yesterday. He has excellent bedside manner and spent ample time explaining my issues. I highly recommend him.

Off all the things said about this practice I have to agree 100% with how the front desk is handled. I waited very patiently on the line for more than 30 minutes and then i get an attitude from the girl because i mentioned it to her. On top of that the doctor does not follow up with the results, she puts the same girl on the front desk (which i bet is not a doctor) to explain them to you. She not only did not address the problem i had but just read a piece of paper and send me on my way.

I had to wait 1 hr 40 minutes to see him and he saw me for less than ten minutes. He kept cutting me off and wouldn't even let me speak. He just assumed he knew what my health issue was. And he offered me no comfort or explanation. Just seemed like he wanted to get on to the next appt. horrible experience!

I have seen the Dr. in the past for routine colonoscopy and it was acceptable. He is a talented Dr. but the wait times and efficiency of the office staff are awful. I usually wait over an hour. Can't leave messages because the mailbox is full. No one is ever available to talk to. I think it's a problem with overbooking. We are switching to a new Dr. and I do not recommend this practice.

Dr Lanes was very helpful and knowledgeable in his scope of medicine, as well as his explanation of reasoning concerning my condition. I never felt rushed or pressured during my visit in any way, whatsoever. A truly pleasurable visit with an old-fashioned Physician, the way going to a Dr should be. Immaculate office, with a friendly staff, & highly recommended! Greatly Appreciated! !

Dr Lanes is the most incredible Physician, with an extremely gentle bedside manner. He spent over an hour with his thorough examination reviewing my symptoms and giving me suggestions on the proper treatment for my condition!. I would highly recommend Dr. Lanes to anyone who wants a caring and knowledgeable Physician!. Friendly and helpful staff as well.
