Would Not Recommend
I like and trust Dr. Wu; however, I quit seeing her due to her incompetent office staff. After I verified with my insurance that a particular procedure was completely covered, Dr. Wu’s office informed me that my insurance did not cover it and I had to pay up front. I then received an EOB stating that the insurance had submitted the complete payment to Dr. Wu. It was very difficult to get a refund from her office. I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Wu for test results. Upon my arrival, I was informed that my co-pay was $69.00 although they had a copy of my insurance card showing a $15.00 co-pay for a specialist. I canceled the appt. then called the insurance company and verified the $15.00 co-pay. Dr. Wu assured me that the problem in her office had been taken care of. I have an appointment scheduled for tomorrow, July 18, 2024, and had to cancel, once again, because they had my co-pay wrong. It is not worth the aggravation for me to continue seeing Dr Wu.

I had an appointment with Dr. Talwar, Kuldeep, never saw him there, but for one reason or another Dr. Geru Wu steped in and provided me with the help I needed. She was so very knowledgeableand concerned for me as a patient, so much so that , at my next appointment I am choosing her as my heart doctor.

I highly recommend Dr Wu. She is entirely dedicated to her patients and their well being. Her bedside manner is beyond reproach. She takes all the necessary time to explain in layman’s terms the patient’s condition and course of treatment. I am very fortunate Dr Wu is my Cardiologist.
