he has been my general physician since 2014. I like the way he integrates Western medicine with wholistic medicine, sometimes recommending acupuncture, vitamins, and other recommendations.

The staff in the back was very rude I have never experienced unprofessionalism like her the front receptionist was trying to help but she made comments from the back Also I have been his patient for 6 years and I never met him only his nurse even after I had a tumor removed.

Dr. Maissian is great!! He listens attentively and has a holistic approach. He’s been my grandmother’s primary doctor for years and we trust him. He’s kind and cares about all his patients. The front desk staff however, were very unprofessional. Not only were they rude and giving me and my grandmother dirty looks; they weren’t even wearing their masks properly (OR EVEN AT ALL). We’re still in a pandemic and covid is still a huge concern for everyone so it would make me very happy if the staff were compliant with CDC requirements to keep their masks on at all times in public settings. It was quite shocking to see someone working in a DOCTOR’S OFFICE not wearing a mask. They’re constantly in contact with patients who are very sick. It’s for the safety of those patients that they should wear a mask for.

I visited Dr.Maissian office to make an appointment with HIM. The staff was really unfriendly. The receptionist gave me an appointment for the next day and when I back home I saw a check mark under other name. When I called to clear it up I was told my appointment is with a practitioner nurse not with the doctor! I asked "why didn`t you tell me that when I was there?"! And the answer "well, you cannot get any appointment till March"... OKAY, but I should be aware of that first... I am wondering how respectfulness may be staff at medical sphere towards patient! What a shame...

He is an excellent doctor. I was very sick for a year and a half with a strange set of symptoms (stomach problems that came with rapid weight loss, shaking, anxiety attacks, and metallic taste in my mouth...). I have been to a bunch of doctors before him and they just kept giving me different tests and drugs to cover up the symptoms, which would make me sicker half the time. He was the first person to take me seriously he spent time and got to the bottom of the problem. I ended up with one m

When contacted his office to make an appointment I was told that doctor personally, only sees patients with PPO insurance and specific type of insurance and my insurance being Health Net-Medical/HMO is not one of them, however he takes patients with different kind of insurance and his Nurse Practitioner is visiting them and "if necessary" he will discuss the problem with the Nurse Practitioner going through the files. So much for medical ethics and professionalism from his side; What a Shame...
