They saw me right on time. The medical assistant was professional and kind. Dr. Ching was understanding. The only problem I had was the noice of the staff with personal conversations in the reception office. I had a hard time hearing the person who was making my appointments. That person was efficient.

Dr Ching is an excellent professional and knowledgeable doctor. Always takes his time to go over my results with me. Love the medical assistants. They are friendly and caring. Not like most doctor visits if you’re on time you don’t have to wait. Thank you for your service. God bless!

First time seeing Dr. Ching. Was very satisfied with visit and staff also. He explained his concernsand listened to my concerns and didn't rush me into anything I didn't want. We agreed to tryhealthy way first and will return in three months time to see how things go and proceed from there.

The office staff is outstanding! From Gina who scheduled my initial appointment to Alvin who checked me in and scheduled my follow-ups, the interactions could not have been more pleasant and professional. Candace, the nurse who works with Dr. Ching, was kind and reassuring; this being my first visit to a cardiologist, I was anxious. She set a comfortable and approachable tone that was only reinforced when I met with Dr. Ching. As many others have noted in their reviews, Dr. Ching is patient and provides thorough explanations. His listened and responded to my concerns attentively, and I left feeling heard, respected and confident in the assessment and treatment that he provides. I have already shared with others how impressed I was with my experience and will continue to recommend Dr. Ching and his staff to others. They are all clearly committed to excellence.

Looking for potential problem

BP was taken immediately upon entering exam room after having me climb on a table where I couldn't reach a foot rest. Recommendations are to take BP after resting for a bit in a quiet preferrably dark room. Result was my BP was higher than it had been all week. Doc gave me a rating without explaining how it was calculated, gave me a diagnosis but didn't inform me he had done so and then insisted I go on medication when there recommendation is to consider the medication. I did not think my concerns were adequately addressed in any medication consideration.

Dr. Ching listens to his patients, explains possible issues and procedures clearly, is patient, extremely knowledgeable, and kind. He gives his patients confidence in his ability and background.

I was very impressed with how he treated me. He was able to get me to understand what’s going on with my health. He was very polite and that was refreshing.
