Great Doc...If You're Well.
This is a great 'wellness' doctor...just don't expect to be able to see him or the RNP if you're sick (you know...when you actually need to see a doctor). I've been a patient for a few years, never have a problem getting appointments for my wellness check-up visits. When I'm sick and try to get an appointment. 'Dr. Douglas' next available appointment is in four months. The Nurse Practitioner's next appointment is two weeks from now.' Yeah...pretty sure my head/chest crud and fever will have run its course by then. If you can't see me when I'm sick, then you don't need to see me when I'm well...I'll be finding another doctor. It's like a car mechanic only allowing you to bring your car in when it's running fine...

Great Doc!
I have been to Dr. Douglas several times as my primary cate physician and can honestly say he is the best doctor I have ever been to. He listens and shows real concern and interest.

Wonderful doctor
I have been seeing Dr Douglas for many year. I started seeing him at SVEast. I live in Lincoln and pass a lot of Doctors offices to Gardendale when you find a doctor you can trust and is thorough you will definitely drive the way xtra miles. Dr Douglas is very caring, he always listens and is cares about his patients. His staff is friendly and if I call they answer immediately or call back promptly. I would not go anywhere else!!!!

I saw Dr. Douglas for the first time a couple weeks ago. His staff was very kind and attentive. He listened to my problems and concerns and addressed each one. His office was very clean and everyone was wearing face masks appropriately. I felt very comfortable. I'm so glad that I found him!

Excellent doctor, nurse practitioner, and staff! I recommend him all the time. The wait is never long, phone calls are promptly returned, and there is great communication.

Dr. Douglas is a great doctor. His office has always responded to my calls quickly. Dr Douglas listens to you and asks questions to understand exactly what is wrong and how to help you. He has given treatments to help and has explained his plans for treatment well. He is an excellent doctor. I have complete confidence in him as my physician.

Dr. Douglas is not only a good doctor, he is a good man. Caring, Sweet, and a great listener, his attitude is patient and kind. I would never go anywhere else. His staff is also wonderful.

On the very first visit I really liked him. He took his time and LISTENED to my medical issues and was very proactive with recommending treatments and physicians that could be of assistance in my treatment.
