Eye lens replacement
I went to Dr Cottle to do lens replacement surgery to improve my reading vision. The surgery went well, but the recovery took a long time because I was told I had dry eye syndrome. After my dry eye syndrome improved Dr Cottle did an additional procedure I was told to improve my stigmatism which was supposed to improve my reading vision. After I was told I was at a point where my vision was going to be, it appeared to me my reading vision had not only not improved, but was now a little worse. I was extremely disappointed with the end result of my surgery and the time and money I spent on the surgery.

Dr. Cottle is amazing. Very knowledgeable and kind. She performed a Corneal Transplant on my left eye. She walked me through the process and was up front about the risks vs. rewards. Her team was on the ball with what the ins and out of insurance would be. She was calm, cool, and confident every step of the way. The operation went flawless and she has been just as professional through the recovery. Cannot recommend enough to anybody with any sort of corneal issue.

Dr. Cottle and her staff are always nothing short of courteous, attentive, and professional from the moment you walk in the door. I was referred to Dr. Cottle by my regular ophthalmologist for a corneal transplant and one month post op, all is well. Dr. Cottle made the experience a pleasant one.

What a breath of fresh air this office is!! They greet you when you walk in and have a smile on their face whether it is your first visit or fifth. Everyone of the office staff is courteous, kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Cottle is one of the most caring physicians I have seen and answers any questions you may have and puts you totally at ease at the office and surgery suite alike without making it feel like you are being "rushed". I would recommend her to anyone and she totally "Nailed It!"

Being fairly young to be diagnosed with cataract due to trauma, I was very doubtful and cautious. However, after meeting with Dr. Cottle and her wonderful staff, my worries dissipated. Dr. Cottle's knowledge and expertise combined with her great beside manner equates to such diligent patient care. She was able to appease my fears, yet ensure that my surgery and recovery was the best I could receive. Dr. Cottle truly exemplifies an excellent physician that took The Hippocratic Oath to heart!

Dr. Cottle did both cornea transplants and cataract surgery on both of my eyes. I was well prepared for what was going to happen and I am doing very well. When I needed to get glasses for distance and couldn’t get in quickly with Dr. Cottle and I was able to see Dr. Chan and I feel comfortable with both doctors. On the wait time... you get called back for the techs to take pictures and do preliminary work before you see the doctor. Wasn’t sure how to answer that question.

I have dealt with multiple doctors for complex eye problems, and I can safely say that none of them come close to providing the care and attention that Dr Cottle gives to her patients. She listens carefully to what my symptoms are and closely works with me to find the right treatment for my condition. She is very knowledgeable about her field and goes above and beyond when it comes to helping address issues that her patients are dealing with. I cannot recommend her enough.

I researched surgeons whom specialize in Fuch's dystrophy for cornea replacement. There are only a handful in Texas. Lucky for me Dr. Cottle was only 85 miles from my home and I was able to see her. She and her staff are absolutely wonderful, professional, easy to work with, caring, compassionate! I had my first cornea replacement surgery in 2016 and had an uneventful healing process. There were no problems, Dr. Cottle, was very attentive and through during each and every appointment. I would no

Dr. Cottle saved my vision with a corneal transplant in both eyes, several years ago. I completely trust her to care for my eyes, and am absolutely comfortable with her decisions for my ongoing care. I can't say enough about her entire team, who are all professional, friendly and patient, beginning with Joy at the front desk, who will greet you, and log you in. Dr. Cottle's team will care for your vision, because they really do care. I highly recommend Dr. Cottle to protect your eyesight.
