Dr. Gina D'Costa, MD

My appointment was at 3:30 pm. I arrived 15 minutes early. I waited until 4 pm.and went to let the receptionist know it was over 30 minutes. She contacted the staff. I waited another 25 minutes. I got into the room and waited until almost 5 pm. I talked with the doctor how frustrated I am with her scheduling and mentioned I was thinking of changing doctors. She said she had sick patients and needed to take her time. I told her she needs to space her appointments. She was not very receptive I was suppose to have a wellness check. I was shocked what she called a wellness check. It took.2 minutes. I have lived in Richmond for over a year and moved from Colorado where my doctor was excellent. Never had to wait. Either she is very stressed out or she just doesn't care.

Wait times are ridiculous. She definitely over schedules. Waiting an hour & 10 minutes after scheduled appointment time is unacceptable. Prior appointment wait time was 1 hour after scheduled appointment.

Was recommended to us when we moved to Richmond 2 years ago. Dr D always listens and spends time to find out what’s going on. Caring and compassionate.

Visited Dr D'Costa with my sister. I was impressed with her knowledge, and understanding of my sister's condition.

She is caring thorough competent and kind.

Dr. D'Costa is an outstanding doctor.
