It took 4 weeks to get in to an appointment. Waited for 30 minutes past appointment time before being called back. Nurse was friendly and efficient. Waited an additional 15 minutes for xrays. Staff, again very friendly. Waited again for 20 minutes to finally see doctor. She spent 6 minutes with me. She said my flat feet weren't that bad. Denied the need for orthotics. Offered to give me a shot that would probably take the pain away. "it usually does or you can get an MRI. Which do you want to do?" Are you kidding? I waited 4 weeks to be invalidated and then to smooth things over I get to choose my treatment?!

In a hurry, waited over an hour to be taken back by the nurse then another 15 mins to see Dr. Painter. When she did finally come in she knew nothing about my foot or the results of the Physical Therapy that she sent me too. She made a snap decision on what the problem was despite ruling it out on my previous visit or reading my PT notes. She's trying to through too many patients and ends up giving poor treatment.

In a hurry just like most of the "specialists" at the clinics. She spent about 1-2 minutes in the exam room with me and then left. Oh well what can one expect for a mere $300.00?

If a doctor can't show up within an hour of my appt, she is a no show, I’m gone! I cancelled my appt and found a replacement. I do not ever equate a long wait with good care; it’s just bad office management. The last time we were at this office for an appt with a different Dr. we were 2 minutes late after driving 100 miles and were told not so nice that their Dr's had no time for tardiness. Take my advice go elsewhere. Do not waste your time here! Already waited 2 weeks with an infected toe!
