HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Very hard to get a hold of her! Also she prescribed me the wrong medicine & dosage for my sickness! It caused an allergic reaction! Horrible experience w Rocillo. I’m never going to her again!

Dr Rocillo has been my primary care for over 5 years now. I've seen a lot of doctors in my 64 years of life. I've gone through Major medical surgeries and issues. She is by far one of the best doctors I have had the pleasure and privilege to be a patient of. She is on top of things always. She is down to earth which is a unique quality for a doctor to possess. I created a profile for my medical portal, which I highly advise everybody to do. Through that portal, I actually can send her an email, and she responds!! She even returns phone calls. Through emails and phone conversations, she was able to address my medical needs remotely. And request the necessary imaging that I needed to have done. I would highly recommend her to be your primary care. That to another school you will come to feel like family with her.

She's the BEST doctor I've ever had and I've had A LOT. Referrals are immediate. Her communication about annual screenings are great. She's just all around a great doctor.

Went for a referral for a mammogram. Waited for over an hour and had to pick up my grandson. Nurse said a referral would be faxed to a certain office. Got a call from the doctors office letting me know my copay was refunded and referral denied. You would think that the doctor would care that i have a walnut sized lump on my breast. I guess since i wasnt able to physically see her she wouldnt be able to cash out on my insurance. So much for the oath she took. Will be changing doctors asap
