Hit or Miss with this Dr.
Very nice staff, however, they get things wrong a lot. If you have anything special that needs to be done, it throws their whole world off. Wait time is good, pretty quick to check in and get seen. Now, the doctor, she is nice at times, but is also rude and condescending at times. She also brags about being able to get samples of expensive medication, never comes through. She knows her stuff, very good medical training, but bedside manner is hit or miss. Finally, make sure to get your notes from your visits, she contradicts herself often.

She is rude. Her staff constantly mess everything up and make mistakes with prescriptions. She only cares about what can bring her glory and praise. She refuses to handle any prescriptions not done by her, and refuses to treat pain.

Dr. Gineth Pinto makes you feel every time that you are her only patient. She is a professional, attentive, cares for your needs and will ensure that your diagnosis is not only correct, but that the treatment is right for the patient. I will follow her almost anywhere she decides to practice.

After 2 appointments, and $1k in tests and dr fees, can't get anyone to return our calls about a prescription that was never called in. Husband is in pain. Be calling for 2 weeks.
