Rodger, the man at the front desk of Dr. Giridhar Mundluru’s office is extremely unprofessional and disturbingly lacks a level of care and empathy you’d expect from someone working in a medical professional’s office. A family member of mine had a distressing experience with him being rude and callous to her. I called in to talk to him about it, and after much difficulty (including him wanting me to call this family member even though I just explained that they were in distress and I didn’t want to add more to that in during our conflict resolution), I attempted to explain to him why his actions were rude. I offered an easy solution - call the family member with an apology for how they were treated. He refused because he insisted that he did nothing wrong. Hassling patients over payment plans when they’ve already agreed to pay you is deeply wrong. The money isn’t coming out of your paycheck, Rodger, and that attitude will not serve you well in a health-based career. I hope for your sake and for Dr. Mundluru’s patients sake, you change. What an absolute shame to lose a patient this way.

Husband has been a patient for 10 years. Yes, sometimes you wait in the office but that is because he is taking care of sicker people in the hospital. As one of those families in the hospital several times, it is a blessing to know that he will see your loved one and manage their care while inpatient. He is an excellent listener and explains his findings and plan well.

The very skilled Doctor Mundluru saved my husband's life through his surgically precisioned expertise. He is a very humble, kind and understanding doctor, and his office staff reflect it, as well. Even though he is extremely busy, he somehow finds the time to reach out, himself, to return calls of patients to answer any cardiac concerns. He treats his patients as the star of the show! Sometimes doctors get unexpected emergencies when they operate and make the waiting time at the office longer. Some of the patients who have given one star obviously are not used to being treated by a doctor who cares for each and every patient. I am certain if it were they that needed that extra emergency care, their reviews would be much different. There is even a notice posted several places in the waiting room that unexpected emergencies may make the wait time longer, and to talk to the staff with any concerns or appointment rescheduling. Thank you, Doctor Mundluru, you are top notch awesome and your office staff are, too!!!!

Terrible person who calls himself a doctor! He does not care about the patient, he claims he is very busy and doesn’t spend more than a minute with the patient! I don’t know if he is a doctor or a business man! He definitely doesn’t seem like he wants to saves lives and help people. I was so happy from the care I received from all staff in the hospital until he came along! There are so many caring doctors and cardiologists, why would they put him there? He walks in and out without answering properly and claims to be super busy!

I have been seeing Dr. Mundluru for the past couple of months with concerns about acute hipertension and atherosclerosis. Yesterday, I went to Medical City, Ft.Worrth for a heart cath. The docor the staff and the facility were all very impressive. Staff was fiendly and responsive(Sandy) and the procedure was done in an excellent manner with clear explanation of the results. If she were still around I would recommend this doctor and hospital tyo my mother.

Super excellent cardiologist. He demonstrates expertise in this field at every turn. He treats his patients with upmost care and professionalism. Most of all he does the most excellent work. He proceeds with caution while still operating outside the box. He has decades of experience and that is what you want.... A doctor like this with an impeccable track record. 5 STAR DOCTOR, for sure.

I was having problems with breathing issues and very high blood pressure. After being treated by a pulmonary specialist, he suggested I see a cardiologist. I called Dr Mundluru’s office and was given an appointment that afternoon. I was scheduled for a stress and ECHO test the following week. Dr. Mundluru called me the night after my first appointment to check on me. He followed up several times during the week, even calling over the weekend before stress test. After each test, he made sure I understood the results. When he prescribed a new medication or increased the dosage, he called each day, after hours to check on my results. Couldn’t have asked for a more thorough dr. Made me feel very comfortable that my health was a priority and I was in good hands. The office staff was very polite and professional also.

I am new patient to the hospital, and failed to get appointment from several clinics, but got reference from friend to reach out Dr.Giri Mundlur clinic for appointment. I was given immediate appointment, and executed quick stress testing on his presence. Dr. Giri Mundluru followed up several times to understand the condition, and provided constant feedback. Cant ask for many things in this current COVID situation, thank you sir for the support, and care.

Dr Giri saved my life. I was told by my doctor to get a second opinion on how I was feeling. Dr Giri met with me and said I need to look inside your heart as soon as possible. I had 99% blockage in my right artery and 80% in my left. He put 2 stents in and I am a new man. He truly cares about helping others.

Time management is the worst I have ever experienced! Twice I have waited over an hour to be seen. Both times I had to leave before being seen. Was told I would have first apt. after lunch, still wasn't seen in an hour. Response from Dr and staff was "sorry that is just the way it is". Office schedules two people every 15 min.

Plain and simple, Dr. Mundluru, probably saved my life 15 years ago when he detected something amiss within my heart. He put me in hospital the same day and the following morning I underwent a triple bypass.

Dr. Mundluru is exceptional. If you have a procedure--say a treadmill stress test --he will call you back after work to discuss it with you. One day after having an echo-cardiogram, he called on Saturday! He is one doctor that when you "get", you don't give him up. You can joke with him, even. And, he is always on the "top doc" lists that come out every year.

This doctor doesn't listen to you. He cuts you off when you're talking and just wants to get you in and out and take your money. He doesn't want to discuss test results and he DOES NOT like it when you ask questions. He's a doctor that doesn't care about anything except collecting your money.

I had a terrible appointment when I brought my mom from her nursing home. He barely listened to us, before ordering expensive tests. Then he raced out, even though my mom had more questions. I immediately cancelled the tests and went elsewhere. Beware
