When i saw dr. cavalli, he insisted i get tests that i didn't think i needed. i went to another doctor who validated my thoughts on this. I spoke to a friend who had the same experience at this office.

Office staff did not inform me they had not received insurance authorization until I arrived at the office. Then total confusion as they tried to sort it out,(they were calling the wrong doctor. Then I waited MORE than 2 hours, finally just left.

Dr. Cavalli corrected my deviated septum surgically in April of 2015. On the day of the surgery I felt in good hands with the care given by the pre-op, surgical and post-op teams. My recovery from the surgery went well and surprisingly quick. Within a couple weeks my nose was healed and I was breathing so much better; a testament to Dr. Cavalli?s great surgical skills. I am so pleased that I decided to have the surgery. I highly recommend this procedure and Dr. Cavalli. ~ Renee S., Lenox, MA
