Beautiful Work
She did great work on my breasts and all went very well. 4lbs removed, 10cm lift, nipple relocation, nothing but good things to say. Finally balanced. Thanks

She should be removed as a recommended provider for Presbyterian, she’s absolutely horrible & condescending to work with while going thru breast cancer. Will not provide PT referrals or any referrals, she is the point of contact and will not make any referrals if you have any concerns about post mastectomy & post reconstruction pain, swelling or any additional concerns. Doesn’t make referrals because as she stated her work is perfect & the nerve damage I’m experiencing is a result of the mastectomy surgery performed by a different surgeon. My left implant is literally under my left armpit now and I’m unable to sleep on my left side, she told me to get a weighted blanket because she likes them & help her sleep. She is complete nonsense & needs to be removed from recommended providers. Her inability to answer questions directly or provide any kind of authentic guidance created unnecessary challenges during my breast cancer journey. Now post BC & finding someone to fix her mistakes.

At the end of February I was supposed to have my reconstruction from Breast Cancer. On Feb 10, they called to verify my insurance and I told them I had changed insurances but that Dr. Tsao-Wu was listed as covered by my insurance and the procedure I was to have was covered as well. Dr. Tsao-Wu didn't want to do my surgery under the new insurance because is didn't pay as much as the other insurance we had before that was too expensive for us. She cancelled my surgery after I had been waiting 14 months for it after my mastectomy! Here I am, 10 months later, with an expander still in place and fighting to find someone to do my reconstruction under my insurance. Someone who has had to go through 6 months of chemo, a mastectomy and 6 weeks of comprehensive radiation or any other cancer survivor for that matter should not have to do this!!!

Though her bedside manner isn't exactly chummy, you can trust Dr. Tsao Wu will advise you well and she will listen too. But as a patient I found any doctor's visit works better if you bring your notebook with your list of questions, and take notes. Her work is exquisite and that's why I chose Dr. Tsao Wu. I had a bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction.

Horrible bed side manner with little care for potential patients. I had a horrible experience with her as well as someone I know, they had to return 3 times to have their surgery fixed

I was immediately referred to Dr Tsao-Wu to close a large area of my temple and forehead where a patch of skin had been surgically removed. Within 1/2 an hour after the surgery had been completed, I was sitting with Dr Tsao-Wu discussing options on how to proceed. Dr Tsao-Wu clearly described how she would perform the closure, what to expect during and after the procedure and how I should care for the area. I am delighted with the result. Dr Tsao-Wu is truly master of Facial Surgery.

Dr. Tsao-Wu is an absolute artist. She performed a breast lift and later reconstruction after a prophylactic mastectomy. I was able to save my nipples due to her skill. I was thankful for her honesty and compassion through all the surgeries and would highly recommended her.

Had a bilateral mastectomy and reconstruction, and nipple reconstruction by her. Very professional, honest, and caring. She's always made time for my concerns, and answered all my questions. She even did a revision on my right side due to the implant moving. I love her honesty for expectations with results and I am happy with mine. Her staff is the sweetest too!

Great surgeon and very compassionate person. After my double mastectomy, she did a great job on my reconstructive surgery and I would highly recommend. She always took the time to listen and help me through a difficult time.

Dr. Tsao-Wu has given me back my faith in doctors. After undergoing three horrific surgeries from a bilateral mastectomy from another plastic surgeon is when I found her. The work she did on me not only looks amazing but she gave me a reason to have confidence in a doctor again.
