Dr. Glen Mitchell, DDS

Endodontist- Dr. Mitchell was excellent. His staff were all really friendly and helpful. One of the things that stood out to me was his style. I thought I was there for just an evaluation. He evaluated the issue decisively. Instead of making a plan and making an appointment, he did the procedure right then and there. I love that style, getting it done with no nonsense. Before the procedure he took the time to clearly describe what he was going to do. The quality of the x-ray and the decisive diagnosis was excellent. I will look forward to any necessary Endodontist work in the future performed by Dr. Mitchell. I recommend Dr. Mitchell as an outstanding Endodontist with a really friendly staff.

When scheduling my appt they said I had pay for my $125.00 evaluation because my evaluation and the root canal would be done the same day, therefore my insurance would not pay for it. A supervisor at my insurance co. said this was untrue, emailed me my coverages. When I arrived for my appt and discussed this with them, the office lady became rude and angry. After the procedure, they asked for, and I paid, an add'l $90.00 for a 'special bioceramic sealant.' The billing mgr said I was told about this in advance, I wasnt. She promised to mail a refund. Five or six weeks after the root canal something didn't feel quite right. Dr Mitchell saw me, then he handed me a copy of the $90. credit card refund his billing mgr promised she'd send me five weeks earlier, but never did. Next he told me I could see any other endodontist I wanted. They asked me to pay for the recheck. I did not. We go to 'In network' providers to save money. Stay away...unethical and unprofessional.

Dr. Mitchell expertly performed a root canal on me. His expertise and technique made this a 'no big deal' experience. I highly recommend him and his team....especially Cynthia! She is super nice, informative and quite calming!! There is no need to fear a root canal with Dr. Mitchell!!

Dr. Mitchell makes the experience painless and carefully explained. The staff is kind and supportive . No reason to fear the procedure.

As a recent patient of Dr. Mitchell's, I can unequivocally state that he and his staff were excellent. As they were working on my root canal, I had confidence on every maneuver. They were quick, steady, sterile and obviously knowledgeable with their years of experience. The entire office was professional and the staff had a welcoming "bed-side manner". Sitting in the dental chair, I especially appreciated the daylight coming through the many windows. Both of my visits were extremely positive. I'd go back--if i have to!

I highly recommend Dr. Mitchell. My dentist referred me to his office and they were able to schedule my root canal within a few days. The staff there were super kind, answered all my questions before the visit, and explained the procedure perfectly. The office environment was calming, and the procedure itself took less than one hour. Their laser was helpful in locating the fourth canal within my tooth that wasn't originally noticed at the beginning of the procedure. Again, super nice staff, great service, and no complaints!

I was referred to this office for a root canal and had the best experience! I'm afraid of needles but they made me feel really comfortable and of course rub that stuff on your gums to help numb the pain. They were all very professional and does an amazing job taking care of us! Dr. Glen & his assistant ROCKS! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I was referred to Dr Mitchell by my Dental practitioner for a root canal that became very painful and unbearable a couple of weeks ago and upon calling , I was immediately accommodated with an appointment by the wonderful office staff whom were quite caring and understanding .Upon initial examination, Dr Mitchell promptly discovered an abscess as well and within my first semi emergency visit , I was already beginning the first phase of treatment to relieve, stabilize and then eliminate the the cause and restore my dental and medical health immediately .I was so well cared for by the office staff and not only are they excellent in the profession, they are kind, sincere and ever so courteous. As for the Endo Dental work and all procedures , Dr Mitchell is as professional and masterful of his dental work and procedures as only one can achieve when they are at the top of their profession!!!!

I find Dr. Mitchell to be very professional and attentive. He is kind, gentle, clearly explains procedures, and what to expect after each visit. I trust him and highly recommend Dr. Mitchell. In addition, I am very impressed with Cynthia. Her attention to detail and her general concerns regarding how I was feeling made me feel extremely safe.

From living in multiple states over the last 25+ years and learning the hard way from very positive and horrible experiences, it is critically important that you research and do your homework with dental and medical professionals. I was in need of a re-root canal and did extensively research nearly 2 dozen endodontists and was extremely happy and satisfied to find Dr. Mitchell. Dr. Mitchell has a top-notch education, training and years of valuable experience. Moreover, he and his entire staff were extremely professional, helpful and straightforward throughout - from my initial phone call, initial consultation and two treatments. I was referred by my dentist, Dr. Alan Konis, to Dr. Mitchell for a possible root canal. He told me that Dr. Mitchell was an excellent endodontist and excelled in saving teeth... I was greeted by a very friendly person at the desk and found the office exceptionally clean and professional, and registering took a couple of easy steps, all online at the office. After a short wait, I was greeted by Cynthia, who introduced herself as Dr. Mitchell's assistant and was very friendly and informative. Cynthia completed my preliminary x-rays to confirm my issue, and Dr. Michelle entered and introduced himself. I found Dr. Michelle very amicable, extremely professional and thorough in his examination as well as his explanation of my specific issue, which wound up being a little more complicated than a root canal. After my experience, I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Mitchell; in the unfortunate event I need a future root canal, Dr. Mitchell would be my first choice!
