Dr. Glenn Crosby II, MD

Twenty months ago I presented to Dr. Crosby’s office with an extremely painful herniated disc. I had pain radiating down my leg, my foot and calf were numb. Dr. Crosby scheduled surgery for two weeks later. The pain increased as did my numbness and by the day of surgery I could barely walk. Three weeks post op I saw Dr. Crosby’s nurse to have my staples removed. Due to ongoing pain and trouble walking I asked if I could receive physical therapy. I was told no, was handed a book of exercises (which stated not to do them without the direction of a physician or physical therapist) and sent home. I did not see Dr. Crosby for post op follow-up for three months. At that time he showed absolutely no interest in my pain or numbness and told me my problems “might improve over time.” I still have numbness and pain in my back and legs and severe calf spasms. I truly believe that Dr. Crosby’s delay in providing treatment both before surgery and after resulted in my ongoing issues.

I am at the end of my rope for help with my back pain. I had high hopes with Dr Crosby and he gave me positive hope that surgery will remedy my pain issues.

It is very evident that Dr. Crosby has the patient’s well being first and foremost. I have experienced back surgeries that made my life better. I have degenerative issues with my back causing numbness in my foot and leg, but very little pain. This time Dr. Crosby recommends physical therapy since there is little chance to reverse the nerve damage. I have a huge amount of respect for the truth. You will get that from Glen Crosby.

My visit was a good one. And Dr Crosby seemed to be very concerned about me not having my medicine for pain. His nurse was very nice,and friendly. My visit was a 5 on a scale -1-5,so I gave a 5.

Dr. Crosby was very through in his explanation of my progress after my surgery 7 months ago. This is the usual case every time I’ve seen him. The clinic is well run - very professional and efficient. Highly recommend!
