Dr. Glenn Dym, MD

I went to every appointment with him. I even waited the 3 to 4 hours after our appointment time to see him No lie it is consistently that long of a wait. He acted like I was trying to rush him with other patients but I just wanted him to keep his appointment with me. The man only cares about putting the most money in his account. I had an ablation that failed within 6 months.ease of scheduling is very easy, but you will sit there for ever and he will expect you to be thankful.. I had a bed experience with this physician. As far as the office being clean and comfortable no office is comfortable for hours and hours. All they have to do is schedule accordingly. It's horrible, I recommend a different physician for whatever you may need. He does listen to you but didn't care about needing to go to a hospital in network. It's no big deal to a guy that overbooks appointments to the point he is consistently late AF to appreciate that an extra $6k means a lot to most people. My A-fib came back so as far as his abilities the jury is still out. As a patient I deserve better and so do you

In the brief 30 second exchange I had with Dr. Dym, he was great. His staff, on the other hand, is awful. I would give zero stars if possible. I have called the office three times so far to try to schedule a follow up for test results, and I cannot get the staff to return my calls. Very unprofessional. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

Dr.Dym made me feel very relaxed and comforting day after cardioversion.He spoke for quite a while on "A-FIB".He explained it very well and understandable. Thank you.
