Office stuck in the 1960s.
This office does not accept credit card HSA payments. Ridiculous! Many other dermatologists to choose from. Money orders? Really? You should be embarrassed.

I’m terrified he’s going to retire! Love him
I never had a problem with the front desk and never ever had a problem with the Doctor. He’s wonderful. You get what you give most of the time and if some people are rude, they don’t describe that behavior in their review; been using this Dr over 10 years and love him . Will be very sorry when he retires.

Receptionist
I brought my sister to her appointment with Dr. Gart only to be turned away because my sister has a silver insurance card. She also has a United Health Care insurance card but we were told that we couldn't stay and would have to go to UCONN for the care. My father is a patient there and they gladly accept his United Health Care card. My sister and I were treated horrible and were told to leave.

Good experience
He and his staff have been very pleasant when speaking with me. I was very happy that his office accepts quick appointments especially if you are concerned about something. It is a bit odd that he only accepts cash or checks for service.

Went to see Dr. Glenn Gart at 10:30 am on 11/24/2021. I was pleasantly greeted when I arrived at 10:20. Filled out two forms. The doctor called me at 10:30 and I was done by 10:32. It couldn't have been easier or better. Kudos to Dr. Gart and the administrative staff there.

Excellent Dr , does not rush you and very nice guy. Does a thorough job when looking for skin cancer and takes a biopsy if he has the slightest bit of suspicion of abnormal looking skin tags. Also the wait is not long at all , I've been going there for 3 years and would recommend him 100%!

I have been going to Dr. Gart for a few years and have and still will refer people to him. He is a great doctor, not pushy at all but does let you know if you should take care of something right away in a nice but professional way. As for the girls at the desk I have never had a problem with them, always have been nice to me and when I have had a problem they check with Dr. Gart right away to see when he wants to see me. Thank you Dr. Gart & Staff

A couple weeks after I scheduled my appointment, I realized I had misplaced my appointment card. I called the office to ask for my appointment time. I was told "Um, that would be too difficult for me and take too much time. Wanna schedule another appointment?". Taken by surprise, I asked why. "Because I'd have to like, flip through our paperwork." Wow, I wouldn't trust this place with the name of my pet cat. Never mind my social security information or birthdate. FYI, I didn't schedule another.
