Dr. Glenn Kupfer, DDS

Dr Kupfer himself is Professional, kind & patient. However, I’m giving 1 star due to the woman who works at the front desk. I’ve never made a review in my life but I feel this is necessary and hopefully dr. Kupfer sees it & addresses it. Every time I call she is extremely rude & never has the time of day to help me. I called to make an appointment for a teeth cleaning & she said she needed to call me back around 1 because she was with a patient and needed to have her lunch. I was on the phone for less than a minute & she couldn’t take the time to make an appointment for me. I told her I wouldn’t be available at that time. Got off the phone with her & with no appointment made. That is just one example. She has been very rude to me in the past & when you DO get a chance to make an appointment she nonstop calls you to confirm. God forbid you don’t answer 1 of the 5 times she calls to confirm, You’ll get an earful. Sad because Kupfer is great but I’ll be changing dentist because of her.

Dr. Kupfer is by far the best dentist I have been to. He is very knowledgeable and has the best interests as his patients. He is always happy to answer any questions I have and the office staff is very friendly. I highly recommend!

I have used Dr kupfer multiple times and have found him kind his work amazing his office spotless and his staff great and it has been easy to schedule with him. I have never had to wait to be seen (despite the fact that he has great magazines in the waiting room I have never had time to read any). I have had combined work with him and my peridontist and he makes it easy for that to be coordinated sharing xrays and infomation ect..

I've been a patient for many years and have recommended Dr. Kupfer and his office to many friends - all of whom have been exceedingly happy. The office always runs on time and provides excellent, caring service. Issues are fully and calmly explained. The degree of care and professionalism makes me feel that I am getting the very best care available from Dr. Kupfer, the hygienist, and the office staff.
