Worst doctor I have ever met.
He allowed me to cry out in sever abdominal pain for 2 hours only offering my an ibuprofen. When he discharged me he told me my ct only showed a small hernia and kidney stone. His words “go home drink lots of water and follow up with your doctor” mind you I am still crying out in pain as he is telling me this. Well a few days later my CT results were uploaded in my chart. It said my SPLEEN was enlarged. Never once did he mention this or address this. Extremely dissatisfied with the lack of care this man has. He was judging me from the start. If you’re seeking emergency care and this is the one you’re gonna see GOOD LUCK, your in for a waste of money.

From our first time seeing Dr. McKenna 10 years ago where he mis-diagnosed my wife, to recently when he again mis-diagnosed my wife, he has not gotten any better with his bedside manner. We have chosen to visit different ER's through the years to avoid Dr. McKenna as in the 3 times we have gotten stuck with him, we have not had a good experience. I received a bill for $754 for his services, and he definitely didn't earn it. He laughed at my wife, he avoided us, he didn't eve actual release us
