Please do not see this provider.
My thyroid levels were getting WORSE for 3 years. In retrospect, I realized he doubled my thyroid hormone dosage (every other day) when my TSH was reading <.001. The last thing one would do is increase the dose in any way. My life fell apart and I didn't have the energy to find a new endo. Finally, there was a straw that broke the camel's back. I was feeling really bad on one dose so he switched it to a different one. When that was bad, he switched it back to the first one because he didn't even realize that was the dose we were trying to improve over 3 months later. Judging by his reviews, did he suffer some life altering experience that caused his quality of care to go down so drastically? Did he pay for all of the initial reviews? It still bothers me he practices medicine. I worry that because it takes so long to measure dosage changes, he's taking so much time from people's lives that they'll never get back. He took 3 years from me. I'll never get them back.

Dr. Stall was very kind and took time to explain everything to me in detail and made sure I was comfortable with my prescribed treatment. A lot of doctors try to rush through appointments so I really appreciated how much time he spent with me. The only downside of this office is the wait. I was told to arrive 30 minutes early as a new patient, but the paperwork took 5 minutes max. Plus, they were about 15 minutes late getting me in so I spent about 45 minutes total waiting in the lobby.

I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in 2013, and I transferred to Dr. Stall from another local doctor right after my surgery. Having had the opportunity to see another doctor before Dr. Stall, really gave me appreciation for him. He has a great bedside manner and is very calming when you are having anxiety. The only downfall is the practice he works in doesn't do a good job of following up, so you need to be on top of your own needs. Example, I had to call and ask for my cancer screening.

The doctor visit is first and then the blood sample is 2nd. Doctor never interprets the sample and advises you how sick or well you are. You are obligated to an after-the-fact search on a Web location for results of the blood sample and physical review in the office.

I have hypothyroidism. I lost a baby at 17 weeks. Dr. Stall failed to adjust my meds when I became pregnant. My ob/gym explained that this should have been done as soon as I became pregnant by taking 2 extra extra synthroids per week. After my baby died I was told by my ob/gyn that my endocrinologist should have been checking my thyroid once per month during the first trimester. During my last appointment with him all he talked about was his sons and wife, never about me, the patient. Sad.
