I love her. She is a doctor of my two daughters for years now. She is such a professional. Even after years she remembers everything about you, it's amazing. She will explain everything in details until she feels you got it. And the most important about her is that she is a real dedicated doctor not the business woman. I highly recommend her to all.

Dr. Buentello is wonderful! She is nothing but professional, and caring, and runs on time. She is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain each and every option fully. She answered all my questions. Excellent GI doctor I highly recommend her

She blames the parent for childs condition stating "maybe you are the cause of this". She refuses to send over requested lab and procedure documentation to patient and other practices stating "it's too expensive". She was insensitive, rude, and would never recommend her to family. She only works on Thursday's and recommends you stay off electronic devices and stay in room to deal with pain... She was a horrible doctor. She would not listen and assumes nothing is wrong.

I was very grateful Dr. Buentello was able to see my daughter last minute before the holidays. My daughter was not feeling well and the doctor was able to diagnose her right away. The doctor was very helpful with communicating to us of my daughters health problem. I strongly recommend Dr. Buentello.

My granddaughter had an appointment today. We were told to come to the office in Melrose Park 1225 W.Lake at. suite 409. A complete fiasco. Drove an hour to this location and there is no doctor here by this name. Suite 409 is empty and the lights are off and the name on door is not hers. Been calling the office number and only receive voicemail. Called BCBX and they can't get a good number. Utterly ridiculous and a waste of time
