More than money
I was transferred to her after my doctor left the Firelands practice. I was sick and had been to urgent care, 2 telehealth visits and a minute clinic. After being told by Urgent care, Firelands, to get into an ENT, I needed a referral. After my insurance leaving a message, which I'm told they have to call you back the same day, the nurse called me back almost 2 days later and told me I was so lucky she referred me since I haven't spent any money with her. Mind you I just went to the office maybe a couple months earlier and had my yearly check-up with my previous doctor. I understand doctors need to make money, but to tell me because I haven't spent money with her when I was so sick....wow. So if your family is more than money, stay away.
