The doctor seems to be OK but the one girl in the front, possibly Indian, who wears burgundy scrubs was not welcoming at all. I walk in and she had a serious face throughout, and walked away for a while, Peeped a few times at me and didn’t even greet or smile and I’m the one to say hi how are you? And no answer. Then as I’m waiting in the waiting room she walks in, literally just stood over me without a word and took my temp. Customer service is always a big deal to me so this was a bit annoying. if I can give any advice to this place it is to work on professional customer service to make patients feel welcomed.

What an amazing place! Our first visit was while my baby was still in the womb. Myhusband and i feel welcome and appreciated. As a first time mom, Dr Gomathi and her staff made me feel reassured about asking questions at anytime! We love Gomathi Peds!

Dr. Gomathi is professional with a kind and caring bedside manner. She takes time to make sure the patient and parent understand the information given. She answers all questions and returns all phone calls in a timely fashion.
