lol joke of an office, care-lack of
Good luck dealing with the rude staff that can’t get messages straight. Doctors are not as reviewed-no where in that office has anyone been nice nor knows how to do billing let alone how to speak to a patient. They call giving another patient’s information and to a wrong number is another issue. String a patient along, cancel a procedure day before after patient empties, upset a patient, deny care. Absurd and out of line! Glad I never let this entity ever do any procedures on me! Horrible staff and their female dr well she’s a piece of work demands you return her calls and takes her time to call you. Thumbs down all the way across the star should be none!

Great Doctor
Has been my gastroenterologist for about a decade. Great at explaining everything about upcoming procedures, and great about explaining results. Couldn’t ask for a better doctor.

Very caring and thorough
I had a procedure done at Edward Hospital. Dr. Pandolfi had a full schedule of procedures and patients lined up, I was squeezed in. He did not rush me, sat down in my pre-surgical room until all my questions were answered prior to the procedure. We did not feel at all rushed, he was warm, caring and supportive. I highly recommend!

The best, by far! he saved my father's life. I owe a debt of gratitude to him and he is the best endoscopist in the southwest suburbs. Dignified, humble, professional. A true gem in Edward Hospital and an asset to the community. He is capable of single balloon enteroscopy, which is hard to find in the general GI population and has done an advanced fellowship in this.

Dr.Pandolfi is amazing! He has a wonderful bedside manner. My husband had a procedure with him today. It was seamless. He is very thorough. I am so happy that we chose him for our care. Keep up the excellent work!

I meet Dr. Pandolfi the day of my colonoscopy, very friendly, was personable, & had a very kind bedside manner. I felt very comfortable with him & his staff!! Highly recommended.

He is extremely good! He got the stone out with no problem, while my other doctor failed to get it out and caused massive pancreatitis during that procedure.
