If I could give zero stars, I would. Terrible experience. We went looking for someone to help with epilepsy who was not with DHMC and what a mistake. Dr. Umashanker never seemed to remember anything bout the case, despite several visits, he was atrocious to get ahold off if you need to call in the office for a question, and he would not refill prescriptions when he said he did. Please seek care elsewhere.

Dr.Umashanker is wonderful! He reallycares about helping people. My son sees him and sits down with him and talk to usand to my son athis level. You just het that comfortable feeling of genuine care. Wouldnt want my son to see any other doctor. I even lke him better than the doctors at the childrens hospital in kansas city! Just a really caring person.
