Dismissive, condescending, abrupt and rude. Asked which moles I would like examined, which moles were causing concern, referring to moles ON MY BACK. (ALL of them is the obvious answer) Told him I was hoping he would decide which moles are of concern, needing biopsy. (as HE is the dermatologist). He proceeded to go off on a 15 minute rant, wasting my time, "mansplaining" dermatology. Will never return to this office.

He took care of my very painful keloids. It took multiple visits and ultimately, his expertise and my pain threshold held out and I am painfree.

He is caring and knowledgeable and consistent in good humor. His staff likes working for him. I find it one of my best dermatology experiences. He is my husband's doctor and has discovered pre-cancerous cells on him 3 x and has treated my husband successfully. When I got married, I changed to Dr. Low. I recommend him highly.

Dr. Low needs to work on his listening and patient care skills. He gives too much detailed info on the medical diagnosis and seemed dismissive when I asked if a spot he had treated would heal without a scar. I will not return to his office.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Low?
Dr. Low was condescending and unhelpful. Had I not come from a scientific background I would have never known what he was trying to say to me. He arrogantly misdiagnosed my condition as acne for months, never LISTENING to me and the symptoms I reported. If you believe you may be suffering from rosacea, do NOT see this man. A specialist at the top dermatology practice in Tallahassee and you're telling me the ONLY available medication for rosacea is a daily pill that slightly reduces redness?
