He was polite, honest and to the point when I asked questions. Friendly and professional. I totally trust him and he makes me feel I am being treated as a patient and person of interest. I have been seeing him since 2018. Very satisfied with him taking care of my health issues.

We understand the parameters Dr has on his limits and have no complaints at all ..Just a thank you from us allowing us to stop in with a short notice . Doc took his time to explain my blood issue, gave me options, explained possible ramifications of choices, answered our questions, shared his notes and addressed both me and my husband. He was a pleasure to work with.

My son has special needs. Dr. Nagaiah is so good with him. He takes the time to make sure my son is comfortable. At the same time making sure I understand the treatment plan.

I was referred due to abnormal blood work. However, no records were sent to this doc to prove I had abnormal blood work. He had no clue why I was there. I had more blood work done. No one called and explained the results of my blood work and some results were def abnormal. Kinda weird to ask for a review when nobody has been in contact with me. Seeing how prevalent cancer is lately, if I develop it and this oversight could have prevented it, I'll probably sue if it could have been treated earlier.

The level of professionalism is very high in my opinion. All of the staff exhibit a very caring way of dealing with the patient. Always asking if there if anything that I need and always with a friendly demeanor. l could not ask for a better health care crew.

I have been a patient of Dr Nagaiah for 3 years He is so reassuring and such a good listener I always felt he genuinely cared about my health and healing. His plan for me was sensible and reasonable. My body responded to his treatment plan for me and I my final appointment was January 2024 I cannot say enough good things about every staff member there.. The doctor was fine but I waited for two hours past my appointment time to see him. Judging by the over-crowded waiting room, he was overbooked and other staffing was inadequate.
