Horrific bedside Manner - not trauma informed
Telehealth
The way I was treated by this MENTAL HEALTH PROVIDER was completely inexcusable. Dr. Thummala is not trauma informed and treated me terribly through a panic attack. Abysmal care and I won't be recommending this ever again. She used narcissistic attacks to gaslight me on the call. She kept interrupting me and not allowing me to speak, and telling me (who is shy and has very little courage to stand up for herself) that I'm 'triggering her' when I tried to stand up for myself and be heard. She told me she was done with me when I set the boundary of not wanting to be interrupted or spoke to that way. She ended up hanging up on me mid sentence after she got her last word in. Horrific. 0 stars.

Shows very little compassion and empathy towards her patients. Dr. Gowri should work on improving her poor bedside manner and attitude. I left the office feeling worse than when I came in and was disappointed with her services overall
