Dr. Ahn is a fantastic doctor and a great person. She is very very smart, very caring, asks great questions, explains treatment and options well and is very thorough and detailed in her assessments. She is a doctor's doctor !!

Fantastic doctor. Dr. Ahn is kind and listens to her patients. She is invested in her patient's care and recovery. She also referred my mom to a great knee surgeon and my mom had a successful knee replacement surgery.

Dr Ahn is not only an incredible doctor, but she is a wonderful person. She is always caring, kind and concerned. She listens and is so willing to help find solutions to problems. She's simply one of the best! Additionally, the medical support and administrative staff are excellent.

After 20 years and several rheumatologists, I can say authoritatively, Dr Ahn is among the very best. She is skilled and familiar with the research and developments as well as the inter relationships of RA and related issues. While attentive to treatment options she collaboratively walks patients through various treatments and drugs. Great listener and outstanding communicator.

Dr. Ahn listened to the changes I was experiencing and proposed dealing with these changes with additional (reasonable) tests and follow-up. She was attentive to my functional levels, the interaction of pain and brain, and being able to maintain high levels of functioning.

Dr. Ahn is an exceptional physician and I highly recommend her. I have had five surgeries and very bad arthritis in my right foot so it is oftentimes hard for me to walk even short distances. Dr. Ahn examined my feet, reviewed my bone density test results and bloodwork with me and identified changes that I needed to make in my exercise and vitamin regime. She also made recommendations re seeing my orthopedic doctor for corrective shoes. She explained everything in detail, enlisted my feedback and her interpersonal skills are exceptional. Her wealth of experience and medical knowledge were evident in her communication to me of my diagnosis and treatment.

I have been a patient of Dr Ahn's since early 2020 when I was diagnosed with RA. I am very much improved now because of her care and the medications that she has prescribed for me. I always look forward to my appointments. Dr Ahn is an excellent listener. I feel very fortunate to be her patient.

Dr. Ahn has been my rheumatologist for 5 years. I have always had a pleasant experience with her. I have several arthritis issues and she has worked with me always improving my quality of life. Dr. Ahn has consistently been professional and extremely knowledgeable.

Dr. Ahn has been treating me for a few years. She is very knowledgeable and is very good at answering my questions. I have the utmost confidence in her knowledge and with the treatment plan she has developed for me.

Barely did an examination. Didn't really take the time to listen to symptoms and history, and very dismissive. Waste of time if you want a good practitioner in a very difficult field where diagnostics aren't straight forward for some conditions.

Disappointing. She was recommended to me by my general practitioner. I wanted to like her. Very self-assured that she could improve my issue--very omniscient and dismissed anything I had read or been told previously. She ordered the wrong screening for my bloodwork and then after discovering this ON MY OWN through the patient portal, had her nurse (instead of her) call me to act as if it was no big deal--that I could just easily come back in for another stick and draw so they could run the correct panel during a huge surge in Covid. Very cowardly to not own up to her mistake. Frustrating practice -- another large factory with seemingly revolving door of medical assistants and nurses--none of whom know you and you have to re-explain your situation a million times to get answers. Avoid.

I would give zero stars if I could. I went to Dr Ahn after suffering from debilitating joint and muscle pain for months. She was extremely dismissive and treated me like I was drug seeking, telling me that she couldn’t prescribe me anything without a diagnosis. I never asked her to prescribe me anything. I was seeing her because I wanted a diagnosis! I waited for over two weeks for my appointment and she spent less than 10 minutes with me. Then she referred me to a nearby teaching hospital’s rheumatology clinic which does not take patients without a diagnosis, and which she certainly had to know would not accept me for that reason. My visit with her was totally traumatizing and invalidating. I was eventually diagnosed by a different rheumatologist with something that is very common and every rheumatologist should be extremely familiar with. Apparently Dr Ahn only wants patients for whom another doctor has already done the hard work of investigating symptoms and diagnosing.
