I'm new in town, Met Dr. Bay for the first time, at the end of April 2023. -Professional -Kind -Listens well -Agreeable and lets you participate in your care. -Sees you in a chair with your clothing on, in order to establish rapport first. She also makes sure patients get what they need, so that their visit is the best use of their time, and the patient gets something for their visit. I came away with: -important information that I needed to hear, regarding last year's mammogram that a previous doctor never noticed or explained to me. -mammogram referral for the current year. -prescriptions where needed. MEDICAL ASSISTANT: Toni her assistant is a sweetheart as well. She listened as she served as my first point of contact. GREAT listener. SCHEDULER: Julia the scheduler is very, very accommodating and knows how to think outside of the box (not rigid), eg. "I want to schedule for April, but this is March and I don't have insurance until April, I will call you back with the group
