Dr. Grace Cotelingam, MD

I've been seeing Dr. Cotelingam for a pretty long time now. She's been a critical part of getting my life together. I've seen her primarily for medication, but I'm also currently doing therapy with her. She helps me figure out why I feel and act in ways that just haven't been good for me. But she also is helping me with doing things I've neglected for so long. Somehow, she remembers all the little details of what we talk about, which sometimes catches me off guard. In the past, with other doctors or therapists, therapy has always been something I tell myself is working, but I could never say exactly how. With Dr Cotelingam's help, I've begun to actually change the things that matter. Issues that have been massive roadblocks to doing everyday things are not controlling me. I'm no longer questioning if therapy is helping me. I know it is because im actually changing my actions.

Dr cotelingam has treated me for many years. As a health care professional myself I would recommend her to anyone needing help. Expert, professional, compassionate and dedicated to her patients.

I first saw Dr. C four years ago. At the time, I was barely coping with my ADD, PTSD, and Depression. In the years since, Dr. C has been a godsend. She emphasizes open communication regarding my health, while also maintaining doctor/patient boundaries. She also took the time to make sure I had the right dosages, and thoroughly explained her medical decisions to me. After altering my lifestyle/meds with Dr. C's help, my outlook is more positive than ever. I believe that she truly saved my life.
