Telehealth
If you have the option, do not see Dr. Floutsis. I go to White Memorial Community Health Center, where I have had plenty of good experiences with the practitioners there. I tested positive for COVID and she was the first available doctor to see me on telehealth; I was looking for medication to prevent long-term symptoms of an inflammatory condition I have. She told me I 'sounded fine.' I don't know how she would know I was fine considering she spoke to me on the phone. She has a horrendous bedside manner and was extremely short with me. I told her about an experience I had with a neurologist I didn't like very much, and before I could finish, she told me my experience was 'actually totally normal.' She clearly has an ego issue that prevents her from listening to her patients. Do not see this doctor if you want to be taken seriously and properly treated.
