Cold and dismissive
Dr. Guo was one of the most disappointing medical experiences I have ever had. She is cold, dismissive, and shows little to no patience when addressing my concerns. I felt rushed and unheard throughout the appointments as if my well-being was not a priority. Her rude demeanor made it difficult for me to ask questions or feel comfortable discussing my issues. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone seeking compassionate or attentive care.

Terrible bedside manner
I've never left a bad review for a doctor, but I feel responsible. Dr. Guo is by far the worst doctor I've ever encountered. She lacks the empathy that a doctor must have. Her bedside manner is horrible, and she has no patience to listen to your concerns. If anything, she makes me feel worried when things are fine. I do not recommend her.

Very unresponsive doctor
I never leave reviews especially bad ones, but have had a terrible experience with doctor. There needs to be multiple follow ups with her to get a response. There is no sense of urgency or timings. Please don't pick her.

Abrasive and curt
Dr. Grace Guo always feels like you're bothering or rushing her. I don't get my questions answered and her bedside manner is atrocious. I had a pelvic exam performed by her (my first) and she forced my legs open. I felt so uncomfortable the whole time.

Exceptional physician
Dr. Guo is a true advocate for her patients. I have been seeing her for about 20 years or more as my primary physician. She has compassion and truly cares about my health and well-being. I have had to transfer my care to Kaiser due to a change in my insurance. What a difference! Dr. Guo always gave a thorough medical exam and updated my family health history each year. She is a great listener and answers all my questions and concerns. She is up to date on all the latest medical recommendations appropriate for my age. My husband also was cared by doctor Guo and he received the same level of excellent care. We will truly miss her and her healthcare team. Hopefully, our insurance will change in the future. My husband and I would love to have Dr. Guo as our primary physician for our care.

She spent bare minimal time on diagnosis. She tried to push multiple prescriptions, so she could also charge multiple doctor visit fees for those items. I asked for my medical record after seeing her. She would not give it to me for free. She sent me to pay $5 + $.15 per page to obtain my own record. She probably could secure her income from those papers too. After seeing her, I am broke. I would recommend people not to repeat my mistakes by seeing her.

Dr. Guo is insensitive and lacks empathy. She treats each doctor visit as a transaction and didn't listen to any of my concerns, but was quick to judge and read my test results without interpreting verbatim without understanding the facts behind them. I've never felt so dismissed by a doctor.

Her personality is as cold as her hands. She doesn't care for her patients. She treats you like an object, basically. I can tell she is one of those people who pursued the medical profession solely for the money. Trust me, do not have her as your primary care, there are a lot better, more caring doctors out there. Also, she barely asks questions, jumps to conclusions (or hypotheses, in this case), and wants you out the door ASAP! >:(
