Worst experience ever. Never answer phones and then has the PA see you which really messed up my insulin. Quit going here a couple years ago. Found a Dr. that genuinely cares about her practice and patients.

I waited until 11:35 for an 11:00 appointment merely to get a referral for a blood test from someone who had not appeared to be at all busy during that time. Avoid this office and find a practice where the staff demonstrates some respect for patients.

Their phones don't work. The staff and doctors are unresponsive. Terribly irresponsible!

Grace Zlaket-Matta is probably a great provider but I wouldnt know. I have called this provider last week and was told after 20 mins on hold they will call me back. Called again today and the same thing happened. After waiting 40 mins I called them back and got a total attitude right off form the staff. The lady I talked to reprimanded me and told me there are seven referrals in front of mine and I will have to wait. She also said they are scheduling out to next month so I will need to wait till she calls me. My referral request went in three weeks ago. I just have so little confidence in a provider that runs their office this way.

My husband is insulin dependent and a patient of Dr. Matta. Worst office ever! Can’t leave a phone message. Can only email or fax them. Emailed them everyday for a week now with no response,

Wait time is usually less than 30 minutes but occasionally up to 45 minutes; never longer than that. Her PA/Dietitian, Heike Hiker, with whom we spend the most time, is patient and very thorough at explaining things to my wife and me. Although we have seen Dr. Matta herself only a few, rather brief times she never gave us the feeling of being rushed or too busy to explain things.

She's quick and VERY efficient, but only when it comes to billing your insurance. When it comes to efficiently servicing her patients, that's a whole other story entirely. Average waiting times for patients are well over 30 minutes and often over an hour long. And It's not like her waiting room is a Trump hotel lobby, more like an glorified manufactured home. But rest asdured, once you DO get called in, she won't waste more than 20 minutes talking to you, guarenteed!!

She changed my medication and didn't have the courtesy of calling me to explain how to use it or let me know it was being changed.... I am diabetic. Also, they never fax any paperwork back to my pharmacy until I call multiple times freaking out because I am out of insulin and my RX Is not filled.
