An excellent physician with an exceptional staff. I can't say enough nice things. Appointment scheduling was handled quickly and efficiently, as was testing, and Dr. Bundy was, as always, both warm and knowledgeable and was unrushed in his approach. I felt entirely comfortable with his guidance. Any call begins with speaking with the lovely receptionist, Veronica, who immediately makes you feel welcome and valued as a patient. An excellent experience.

Dr. Bundy was very patient in answering my many questions about the heart procedure he would perform. He explained everything in layman terms, not "medicalese." He is well trained in the heart procedure, even trained under the physician who developed the procedure. All of this makes me very comfortable being under his care and expectant of good outcome from the surgery. He was on time for my appointment, no long wait time. He was very personable, good "bedside manner." His office staff are also top notch professionals, welcoming and pleasant. Would highly recommend Dr. Bundy to others in need of his skills and medical expertise.

Dr Bundy very recently performed an long, complicated, emergency surgery on me which included a tricuspid heart valve repair and a triple bypass at the same time. This surgery literally saved my lfe. My recovery so far has been smooth and remarkably painless. I now look forward to a longer, much healthier future. Dr Bundy is a humble, caring, brilliant surgeon with an amazing reputation. I've been told by many that I was very fortunate to have had him perform this precedure. I couldn't agree more.

Dr. Bundy and staff were very helpful. The office staff was super helpful getting me in earlier than original appointment, which I was so happy about and told them how stressed out I would be until I met with him. My appointment with him was great, he made my husband and I feel completely at ease and answered all of our questions. I feel like I am in good hands with this team:)!

I was in Richmond for a heart cath which resulted in a 3-way by-pass surgery performed by Dr. Bundy and his team. My results have been wonderful and the care which was extended to me my the staff has been outstanding. I am now home and working to regain my strength under their guidelines. Should I need future surgery I would certainly contact his office immediately.

I was impressed with Dr. Bundy on my first visit. He was extremely personable and took a lot of time to make sure I understood his diagnosis. In addition,, all of his staff were very friendly and efficient. My wait time was minimal.

I was suffering from a lung infection for which meds were not working. In late February I was looking for a 2nd opinion to determine next steps and the 1st provider I spoke to set up an appointment for me on July 15! I then Googled thoracic surgeons in the Richmond area and CSA came up. I called them and got an appointment with Dr. Bundy within a couple of days. After consulting with him, we decided to have surgery to remove the diseased portion of my lung. Meanwhile, when I told people about my upcoming surgery and who my surgeon was, I heard only great things about Dr. Bundy's skills as a surgeon. I must say I was surprised by how many people knew of Dr. Bundy but that clearly says a lot about his skill as a surgeon. The surgery was successful and I had very little pain after having 20% of my lung removed, which I thought was remarkable. His staff are also to be complimented- always kept me apprised of appointments and surgery status. Thanks!

I have recently undergone coronary artery bypass surgery performed by Dr. Graham Bundy and his staff at Cardiothoracic Surgical Associates. In the short time leading up to my surgery Dr. Bundy and his staff made numerous visit to my bedside to explain the surgical procedures to me and address any concerns I may have had. Their professional confidence, along with their kind and compassionate care eliminated any anxiety I may have had. I knew I was in the right place with the right people to take care of my heart issues. I will always be grateful to Dr. Bundy and his Staff and the Nurses and staff of Henrico Doctors Hospital for both saving my life and giving me a chance to continue to live a long and active life. Dr. Bundy is very deserving of his 5 star rating. In addition to his incredible training and skill set he has a fabulous bedside manner. It's rare to have a MD make eye contact during introductions AND take a seat. He made clear,, you have my undivided attention!! My husband's visit was for evaluation of a new finding. Dr. Bundy made sure we both understood the condition and how it would be monitored. He even suggested scan and follow up the same day due to travel distance. A+++ MD

Dr. Bundy explained the open heart surgery procedure very clearly before the operation, and his staff followed me nicely after the procedure. I was very happy with the soft and narrow scar that was left. I am very happy to have had Dr. Bundy perform my operation. Excellent job!!!
