The best of the best
I’m a breast cancer survivor - I’ve had multiple reconstructive surgeries with Dr. Schwarz since 2015. He is kind, caring, and most importantly - a highly skilled and talented surgeon who has an eye for aesthetics and delivers the best aesthetic outcome possible. He and Sarah are always available if any questions arise and they go above and beyond. I could not be happier with the care I’ve received.

Absolutely terrible. Not the kind of surgeon that you want to help you get through your breast cancer journey. Staff was rude. He was arrogant. He didn't listen to my concerns and was intent on doing what he wanted to do; not the goals that I wanted. Post op appointments were rushed and he was not supportive. Dont waste your time. If he's placed on your team replace him before it is too late. Don't let him operate on you. Worst plastic surgeon i have ever met.

I had a problem after surgery. Dr. Schwarz did a very poor follow up after surgery. He was always late, not paying attentions to my complains, not explaining what was going on. His assistant was rude, making it like it was all my imagination. I would not recommend that office.

Dr Schwarz took a lot of time explaining my options concerning reconstructive surgery after double mastectomy. My surgery also involves removing ruptured silicone implants. Dr Schwarz and the entire staff at Cleveland clinic have been very professional , compassionate, and informative. I’m pleased I chose Dr Schwarz as part of my surgical team.

Made three appointments for my elderly mother to remove her skin cancer. All three were cancelled by his office and had to wait additional time to reschedule. The last scheduled appointment I had to call to find out the appointment time and they informed me that the appointment was cancelled. Will not go back. Poor customer service leaving a poor patient experience. The Cleveland Clinic's centralized scheduling department is inefficient with extended hold times. Will go to UH next time.

Dr. Schwarz is very kind, and positive. He has been very helpful during my breast cancer journey and is empathetic and caring as well as an excellent doctor. He is by far one of the most professional and top-notch surgeons I have ever had.
